Refund and Returns Policy
The Company aims to ensure customer satisfaction with all products supplied. However, should you experience any issues with your order, you must contact us at info@kentseeds.co.uk within five (5) working days of the dispatch date, quoting your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns will be accepted for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
- The product must not have been exposed to any conditions that may compromise its integrity or viability.
Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of seed products, the Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), the Company will notify the customer via email as to whether the return has been approved. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original method of payment.
The Company reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the terms set forth in this policy.
Exchanges
Products shall only be replaced where they are proven to be damaged or defective upon receipt. Customers requesting an exchange must submit a written request to info@kentseeds.co.uk, accompanied by the order number and clear photographic evidence of the condition of the goods upon delivery.
Returns Procedure and Shipping Costs
Prior to returning any item, the customer must contact the Company for authorisation and to obtain the correct return address.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer shall bear all shipping costs associated with returning goods. The original delivery charge is non-refundable.
The Company does not accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Customers are advised to use a tracked and insured postal service for all returns.
