Shipping policy

We want to make ordering from us as simple and transparent as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your grass seed.

Shipping Cost

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of £4.99 on all orders, regardless of size or weight.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.

Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that agricultural grass seed mixtures are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days, while lawn, landscaping and equine mixtures are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. If your order includes products from both the agricultural range and the lawn, landscaping or equine ranges, they will be shipped separately.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days from dispatch, depending on your location and the courier. During peak times or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. postal strikes, severe weather), delivery may take a little longer.

Courier Service

We use trusted national couriers such as Royal Mail, APC or the Pallet Network, depending on the size of your order.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, we will include tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.

Delays and Availability

If there is any delay in dispatching your order—such as an item being temporarily out of stock—we will contact you promptly with an update and estimated timeframe.
